This is ASMR at is best. Every video that ASMR Haven produces is incredible, and for the foreseeable future I see no reason that should stop.
Haven only started her channel in January, but she is already boasting 12k subscribers. However! When you look at ASMR Bakery, and how she has 549k subscribers, it makes me think ASMR Haven has plenty of room to grow. The idea of a channel that is pure, simple, constant, consistent ASMR is so genius, and I don’t believe enough individuals choose this route. For folks who intend to create ASMR, this video niche is of growing popularity, and you can count on me to be one of your first subscribers.
Let’s get real, with a name like Moosetonic, how are you not going at least visit her channel. However I highly suggest you stick around for the content, because it is quite good, and gives quite many a tingle.
Moose only started her channel in April of 2020, but she has been a powerhouse of production!
In reflection of the modern day, viewers of ASMR move fast. Those who create more content are, typically, rewarded with higher viewership and stronger retention. Retention is like when your eyes are stuck to the screen, and it damages your retinas because you forgot to turn the brightness down and it’s 9pm now.
Longer than any other asmrtist on this list, Bloop has been creating content. Her 25k subscribers are substantial, but her content of such high quality, and builds such a personal connection with the viewer, that I believe Bloop ASMR can help many many more people relax, sleep, conquer anxiety, depression, and even alcoholism and addiction. If you are unfamiliar with the idea of using ASMR to conquer addiction, I suggest reading this.

Everyday Sobriety Advice
I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, but I am not a qualified addiction counselor. To help other alcoholics/addicts achieve sobriety, I have created the mantra’s below. Although I call them “steps,” I believe that all four mantra’s should be recited in concurrence.
When the urge to drink alcohol or use drugs comes upon you, I suggest reciting these four steps, and then implementing an activity to “kill time” until your urge to use drugs/alcohol is less intense. I suggest you use ASMR videos to “kill time”

Below are the steps of admittance required for using The ASMR.Community Sobriety Program [ACSP] successfully.
Step 1: “Sobriety is a choice, and it is up to me to make the right choice.”
Step 2: “Not everybody will be able to achieve sobriety, but that knowledge does not prevent my success regarding sobriety.”
Step 3: “The urge to imbibe (substances that I know will prevent my success) is finite. Sometimes the urge will exist, sometimes the urge will not exist.”
Step 4: “Sobriety is not the same for everyone. Success is.”
I believe the steps I listed above are a complete, non-exclusionary list of all mental admissions needed to achieve your goals regarding sobriety.
Everybody’s definition of sobriety is different, but everybody’s definition of success is the same.
