The ASMR Daily 206
A Creepy ASMR Collab
Two things happened that have made choosing today’s ASMR video a no-brainer. First of all, I watched the premier of this video yesterday, at least when it premiered on Sleeping Artist’s channel. It’s supposed to be a creepy video, and as far as ASMR goes, this video is quite creepy. It’s got the sound of howling winds and thumping heartbeats in the background, as well as brilliant costumes, and slow, steady relaxation.
The second thing that happened is: I woke up with no internet. The time is 06:01 here in Cape Coral, Florida, and I’m going to keep this articles short and sweet, that way I can spend ample time figuring out how to publish the article by 08:00.
Today’s video features the following asmrtists: Tea for Two ASMR, Kata ASMR, Jodie Marie ASMR, Official RaynaTamarin ASMR, Be Brave Be You ASMR, Whisperwing ASMR, SpiralASMR, Swarms ASMR, Crystal Ball ASMR, Yoloma ASMR, JimちASMR
Without further adieu, let’s get into it!
SleepingArtistASMR, Tea for Two ASMR, Kata ASMR, Jodie Marie ASMR, Official RaynaTamarin ASMR, Be Brave Be You ASMR, Whisperwind ASMR, SpiralASMR, Swarms ASMR, Crystal Ball ASMR, Yoloma ASMR, JimちASMR
Okay! Now the time is 06:37, and I’ve figured my internet situation out. That was a fun morning! What I had to do, was go wake someone up so I could get into their room and turn the internet off, and then back on again. Basically. That’s not exactly how it went down, but it’s basically how it went down.
What is significant about today’s article, is that there has never been a collab video featured on this blog before. I’m sure you’ve heard me say it makes it feel like I’m sitting in the room with more than one therapist, but today’s video of the day does not make me feel like that. It’s closer to a cinematic adventure, featuring a bunch of individuals who all want me [and You] to be happy and healthy! It’s quite empowering, this creepy collab.
Now that I’ve got the internet back, there really is no reason to keep the article short, but still, the video is over an hour long! So you will probably spend your time watching that, and not reading this. It has come to my attention that most individuals who read this blog, at least that I hear about, are asmrtists. Cool! I’m down with that! You know what then? Let’s take a quick look at how the website is doing. If you are an Asmrtist and you’re reading this, I would highly appreciate it if you shared this with your audience. The artist’s Moosetonic, Moongem, and Asmrctica all place links to this blog in the descriptions of their videos, and although not many people come through the links and land on the site, those link placements help Google recognize this website as trustworthy. When people Google ASMR, I’d like it if they found this blog. The stuff I talk about here…addiction recovery is something that everybody should be comfortable discussing. I can’t help your friend quit drinking as much as you can help your friend quit drinking, simply because you already have that connection with them. It’s my job to make sure you understand how to approach that situation. I don’t teach addicts how to get sober, I teach everyday people how to be addiction counselors.
Okay, let’s take a peek at the analytics.
So these are the numbers since September 1st. The blue line is my organic search traffic, meaning people that come from Google, or any other search engine. The orange is direct traffic – people that type the website name into their URL bar, and the green is referal traffic – people that come to the website through Twitter, YouTube, FB, IG, or any other social platforms or links to this site that are out there in the world. The highest peak of the blue line represents 45 people coming to this website through organic search, and that was on October 7th. How many people do you think type “ASMR” into Google everyday? Definitely more than 45!
As I stated above, this website gives individuals some of the information they need to help their peers achieve sobriety. When people type ASMR into Google, they need to find this website, because the world has a serious problem with addiction. It’s not just one country, and it’s not just one group of people; addiction is widespread. My goal is to make learning about addiction recovery easy, fun, and natural. How many people per-day search Google for addiction recovery advice? More than 45! haha. I’d like it if those individual found my blog as well, but I find it more likely that individuals will find this blog by searching ASMR, and then those individuals will recommend the website to their friends for addiction recovery advice.
If you choose to share this blog with your audience, I really do appreciate that. I’ll see you tomorrow.
p.s. The time is 07:38 and all the power in my neighborhood just went out, so…no internet again haha.
The time is now 08:00 EXACTLY and my power just came back on! Woo!
Everyday Sobriety Advice
I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, but I am not a qualified addiction counselor. To help other alcoholics/addicts achieve sobriety, I have created the mantra’s below. Although I call them “steps,” I believe that all four mantra’s should be recited in concurrence.
When the urge to drink alcohol or use drugs comes upon you, I suggest reciting these four steps, and then implementing an activity to “kill time” until your urge to use drugs/alcohol is less intense. I suggest you use ASMR videos to “kill time”
Good luck, My Friend
Below are the steps of admittance required for using The ASMR.Community Sobriety Program [ACSP] successfully.
Step 1: “Sobriety is a choice, and it is up to me to make the right choice.”
Step 2: “Not everybody will be able to achieve sobriety, but that knowledge does not prevent my success regarding sobriety.”
Step 3: “The urge to imbibe (substances that I know will prevent my success) is finite. Sometimes the urge will exist, sometimes the urge will not exist.”
Step 4: “Sobriety is not the same for everyone. Success is.”
I believe the steps I listed above are a complete, non-exclusionary list of all mental admissions needed to achieve your goals regarding sobriety.
Everybody’s definition of sobriety is different, but everybody’s definition of success is the same.

If you are looking or more information about ASMR, I’ve found the best place to learn about the subject is ASMR University. Their information is accurate [to the best of my knowledge], and plentiful. I mostly work with the application of ASMR, but there is a whole lot more to ASMR than using it to gain sobriety or fall asleep, including the history and the science of it.
