Do you know anyone that grinds their teeth in their sleep? For me, it’s been a lifelong problem. Not long ago, it was, that I had a mouth guard I wore to sleep…but when I brought it to Thailand it got really moldy, really fast, and I never bought another one.
I think that a lot of AA members these days understand that there is more than one way to achieve sobriety, but whenever I meet an old-timer that attended AA and I tell them I got sober without AA, they always say “Good luck! We’ll see you in AA!” Which is degrading and ruins the AA name.
Quitting Drinking without AA is not an impossible task, and actually, I like to think it’s easier today than ever before! Over the next few days, I am going to talk about my experience quitting drinking, and I am going to talk about how I used this thing called ASMR to help me quit
Watching ASMR is easy, let’s be real. This is not me knocking things that are easy! I love things that are easy, and I do not think it’s wrong to make decisions based on what is easy…at least sometimes. But when it comes to ASMR? Yes! It’s the easy route and I encourage you to take it.
