One Of The Greatest ASMR Videos Of All Time
Anybody can listen to ASMR, but don’t you want it to better your life? I like to think that you do. Demonstrating mindfulness while you consume ASMR can make a huge difference on the affect it has upon your life. Why do you listen to ASMR? What do you hope to achieve with it? If you hope to achieve sleep, that is a very achievable goal, and almost any video I recommend can get you there. If your goal is to overcome a more serious and long-term issue such as anxiety, depression, addiction, or PTSD, demonstrating mindfulness while watching ASMR is only the beginning, however, it is a good beginning.
In your quest to overcome mental health issues, you will probably makes changes to many areas of your life. Demonstrating mindfulness while watching ASMR makes it easier, and more comfortable to bring your problems into focus. This practice combined with watching the videos is also a good introduction to meditation.

This statement rings so true to me, and I wish I had understood it earlier on in life. I’ve done so many terrible things to my body, between drugs and alcohol, and once the damage is done, it’s done. You will never know how different you would have been. With ASMR however, I am giving something good to my body.
My body is a temple and it’s always been that way, but these days I treat it as such. Just as you must tread softly on your dreams, you must tread softly on your health.
This is one of the greatest ASMR videos ever created, but it comes with a sad story. AsmrNovaStar was on her way to becoming a popular asmrtist, but then she suffered an injury that put her into a wheelchair. I believe it was a car accident that put her there, and I suspect that a combination of immobility and depression kept her from producing content in the same fashion she had prior. She has not posted a new video in three years.
Personally, I would like to thank NovaStar for keeping this video live on her channel. A lot of asmrtist’s remove their content after they stop creating, and it’s a sad thing, but I can understand it. NovaStar must know that this video is helping people, because damn has it helped me over the years. This is one of my go to videos. This video has been with me through thick and thin, through rain and shine. I’ve listened to this video at some of the worst points in my life, and it really helped to make those times better. It’s a wonderful thing that I can still enjoy the video today.
As you watch today’s video, try to demonstrate mindfulness. Think about what you want to achieve, and embrace that your achievements will happen most likely through patience and planning.

Everyday Sobriety Advice
I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, but I am not a qualified addiction counselor. To help other alcoholics/addicts achieve sobriety, I have created the mantra’s below. Although I call them “steps,” I believe that all four mantra’s should be recited in concurrence.
When the urge to drink alcohol or use drugs comes upon you, I suggest reciting these four steps, and then implementing an activity to “kill time” until your urge to use drugs/alcohol is less intense. I suggest you use ASMR videos to “kill time”

Below are the steps of admittance required for using The ASMR.Community Sobriety Program [ACSP] successfully.
Step 1: “Sobriety is a choice, and it is up to me to make the right choice.”
Step 2: “Not everybody will be able to achieve sobriety, but that knowledge does not prevent my success regarding sobriety.”
Step 3: “The urge to imbibe (substances that I know will prevent my success) is finite. Sometimes the urge will exist, sometimes the urge will not exist.”
Step 4: “Sobriety is not the same for everyone. Success is.”
I believe the steps I listed above are a complete, non-exclusionary list of all mental admissions needed to achieve your goals regarding sobriety.
Everybody’s definition of sobriety is different, but everybody’s definition of success is the same.
