Overcome Addiction by having a Good Schedule

If you ask me, one can overcome addiction by having a good schedule. Seriously! A good schedule is the difference between success and failure when it comes to addiction. Some people need a schedule in their life, and I’ll tell you, forsure, if you are the kind of person that naturally avoids scheduling and having a schedule, then once you – your personality type in particular – can master the art of the schedule, your life will be 10x better on the otherside!

You are a fucking adult! You will never have to live on a schedule ever again for any single day of your entire life! At least, if you decide to live that way. I know people who would say adulthood means you never go another day without a schedule of abidance.

It’s always a mix bag and uneven balance when it comes to enlightenment.

Either way, it’s a great philosophy! Don’t get me wrong, I’m on a schedule! Everyday I publish my article about mental health and I recommend an ASMR video. That’s everyday – at 8am.

Why? I’ll tell you why. Because everyday is the way I like to do things.

Jumping into the deep abyss, I clung to no rope and tied no harasses. There are only two ways to die, I thought, the easy way or the hard way, and I’ve already tried the easy way. So here I am, flying in midair with you. It’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, except it’s fall, and there are no actors. Just us, living our real lives, and breathing real air. Sometimes it’s the easy air, and sometimes it’s the hard air. You are born and you hardly get a choice. Hopefully, whoever you are and wherever you are reading this, you get the easy air. Blessings be to those who breathe the easy air. But then, hard air teaches you things that the easy air cannot. The hard lessons are life, and everything else is just livin.

Holy shit, are we on schedule? The time is 06:57 in Cape Coral, Florida. This is kind of a nice area. My Dad just up-and-moved down here, for the first time in his life leaving south-eastern Wisconsin. His first house! My mom also bought her first house last year. They were never married. It’s quite odd they both ended up with a house during the same year; it’s not that odd though. I’m tellin’ yall about it, but otherwise it’s not worth bringing up.

My parents are not known for their scheduling habits, although they both always make work on time. After leaving my hometown of Menomonee Falls Wisconsin, and going places like Seattle and San Francisco, I saw an entirely different side of the coin that I’d never seen! And Just when I thought the coin was a simple two-face, I arrive in Florida and find yet another lively and brilliant facet of my country. Rollin the Dice. There are more hippies in Naples Florida then in San Francisco California. Granted, I never hung out in Berkeley.

No matter where I go, I must maintain some sense of self, and I do this by maintaining a schedule. No matter where I go, my schedule is mine. My freedom of life is expressed by my schedule, and this is earned by scheduling the proper things. I used to feel a dragging feeling of going to work, but that has evolved. I am happy to live in a country where opportunity for work is wide and open. I’ve never had much of a problem finding a job, and I can’t foresee a future where I will, and now that I’ve traveled and worked in many places, I understand greatly the pilgrimage one must undergo to generate wealth. Why is everyone moving into the city? Because wealth is generated more efficiently there! Why is everyone moving out of the city? Because they did their bid.

Whew! 07:25. That’s real time right now. Today we are going to check out a video from ASMR Glow where she speaks in French. This is the dopeness. I love when asmrtists speak in other languages, especially when it’s an artist I’ve built a certain level of comfort with. Finding the proper asmrtists for mental health and relaxation is not easy, but you should still let them do all the talking.

In my head I’m asking myself are you the crazy one? And then I always get the response I might be. This happens to you also? Has any of this helped you create a schedule? Possible is there. You see, in addition to addiction recovery, I am working to expand this brand into other areas of mental health. I would venture to guess that more people experience depression than become addicts, and if that is true then it would make sense for those in addiction recovery to try the same methods of recovery as those with other mental afflictions, because of availability and, well, for many reasons. If you don’t know what’s causing you to you drugs and alcohol, then you just gotta start trying a lot of different things. Find something that occupies your mind. Yoga, meditation, spirituality, puzzles, online classes, growing plants or food, cooking food! We talked about that yesterday. There is a world of things out there. You haven’t experienced the greatest thing in life yet. I can guarantee that because everything is relative. You want to live your best life? Socialize, schedule, and discover anew. Everyday Sobriety Advice

I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, but I am not a qualified addiction counselor. To help other alcoholics/addicts achieve sobriety, I have created the mantra’s below. Although I call them “steps,” I believe that all four mantra’s should be recited in concurrence.

When the urge to drink alcohol or use drugs comes upon you, I suggest reciting these four steps, and then implementing an activity to “kill time” until your urge to use drugs/alcohol is less intense. I suggest you use ASMR videos to “kill time”

Good luck, My Friend

Below are the steps of admittance required for using The ASMR.Community Sobriety Program [ACSP] successfully.

Step 1: “Sobriety is a choice, and it is up to me to make the right choice.”

Step 2: “Not everybody will be able to achieve sobriety, but that knowledge does not prevent my success regarding sobriety.”

Step 3: “The urge to imbibe (substances that I know will prevent my success) is finite. Sometimes the urge will exist, sometimes the urge will not exist.”

Step 4: “Sobriety is not the same for everyone. Success is.”

I believe the steps I listed above are a complete, non-exclusionary list of all mental admissions needed to achieve your goals regarding sobriety.


Everybody’s definition of sobriety is different, but everybody’s definition of success is the same.
