Video Of The Day 12 – [Happy Easter!]

The ASMR Daily 12

Today’s Video Of The Day is unique in that, it’s not actually a video. It’s a livestream! From PPOMO ASMR, and she has been live since March 20th! That is a crazy-long livestream, and just based on fact, some of the livestreaming time must be footage she has prerecorded…right? None the matter, because it’s [not only] the effort that counts, but it’s also the quality, and PPOMO has 24/7 live ASMR with good sounds for you. Right now! Don’t miss your chance to be apart of history, and watch the PPOMO livestream below!

Are you relaxed? Because I’m about to scream in your faceHAPPYEASTERokay it’s over. Hopefully you never left your relaxed state. Truly it was not my intention to startle you, but how could anyone not be excited about Easter?!?

Myself? I love events that permeate our daily lives, and give us all a reason to gather. When I was quite young, the family gatherings at my grandparents house [where I spent a significant amount of my childhood] were fairly sizable. As time went on however, the gatherings became smaller, and smaller…and smaller still, until it was just my grandparents, and myself, and we would go out to eat at a local diner for the holidays. Writing to you now…I am heartbroken by the dissolution of my family gatherings. In the present state however, none of that matters, because I am happy.

Over my 27 years, I have learned many things.

One thing that is important for you to know, is that many of my conclusions would not have been made possible without my growth as a confident, independent individual.

So, that being said [just to say it and get it out of the way, because it’s a sentence I encourage you to think about], one thing I have learned is that it takes a leader/group of leaders to keep the atmosphere of “family” together. This could be a large family, like Jerry’s, or a small family, like Archie’s. Either way! I am firmly of the belief that without anyone to pull the family together on day’s like today, there will be no family.

That being said, I am part of the world-wide family of recovered alcoholics, and with this website, I will continue to share with you how I grew to become apart of that family. For everyone though, addict or not///@#$%%^&

Welcome to the ASMR Dot Community! There is room for many families in the open heart of ASMR, and in the arms of our fellow alcoholics. After I post this article, I am going to get some coffee, and record a video called ASMR For Alcoholics 2, where I will talk about how, one day at a time, I am here to help people quit drinking. I’ll be on YouTube everyday…and posting one of these articles everyday. It’s not healthy to talk abut things you are going to do though, because it tricks your brain into feeling the satisfaction of accomplishing said task, which makes accomplishing your goals feels like a choice, and not a mission.

Godspeed to you all, and Happy Easter.

Everyday Sobriety Advice

I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, but I am not a qualified addiction counselor. To help other alcoholics/addicts achieve sobriety, I have created the mantra’s below. Although I call them “steps,” I believe that all four mantra’s should be recited in concurrence.

When the urge to drink alcohol or use drugs comes upon you, I suggest reciting these four steps, and then implementing an activity to “kill time” until your urge to use drugs/alcohol is less intense. I suggest you use ASMR videos to “kill time”

Good luck, My Friend

Below are the steps of admittance required for using The ASMR.Community Sobriety Program [ACSP] successfully.

Step 1: “Sobriety is a choice, and it is up to me to make the right choice.”

Step 2: “Not everybody will be able to achieve sobriety, but that knowledge does not prevent my success regarding sobriety.”

Step 3: “The urge to imbibe (substances that I know will prevent my success) is finite. Sometimes the urge will exist, sometimes the urge will not exist.”

Step 4: “Sobriety is not the same for everyone. Success is.”

I believe the steps I listed above are a complete, non-exclusionary list of all mental admissions needed to achieve your goals regarding sobriety.

Everybody’s definition of sobriety is different, but everybody’s definition of success is the same.

He does a livestream every night at 21:00 Eastern Standard Time, and his live streams are a great place to receive support, gain motivation, and listen to encouragement in regard to addiction recovery. His program is based on the Twelve Steps.

SMART Recovery is another great program for individuals who are ready to tackle their addictions.

If you are seeking spiritual guidance, I highly encourage you to check out Tarot Reader ASMR. Her name is Amalia, and she is a kind-hearted individual with a skill for bringing us closer to ourselves.

Don’t underestimate the power of Yoga! Specifically Yoga With Adriene. My shoulder is broken, and so you can do some Yoga for me too. I really wish I could…

If you are looking or more information about ASMR, I’ve found the best place to learn about the subject is ASMR University. Their information is accurate [to the best of my knowledge], and plentiful. I mostly work with the application of ASMR, but there is a whole lot more to ASMR than using it to gain sobriety or fall asleep, including the history and the science of it.
