How do you feel about the word “moist?” A lot of individuals don’t particularly like the word, but it bothers me quite minimally. In fact, if it wasn’t for others bringing their apprehension forward, I don’t know if I would ever think about it. When I consider the word, during periods of long thought, I conclude that it might bother us because we associate moisture with mildew…but otherwise I am at a loss. However, I am a man who considers himself a master of the English language, and so it is possible I would never use the aforementioned word in an inappropriate setting, therefore never triggering my dislike of it. How could the word be used wrong? Oh, idk, but I’m moist certainly sure it’s possible!

I translated the video description with Google Translate, and I think it was pretty accurate! Although I have no way to confirm that, but it definetly made sense the way Google phrased it to me. The jist of it however, is that Rang will take you through a skin moisturizing routine.

At 44 minutes in length, I believe that today’s Video Of The Day offers individuals seeking to fight addiction a unique oppritunity to do so from the comfort of their own home. Not understanding the language of an ASMR video can provide a significant advantage for people who are stuck in their own head. You might be thinking too much, and want to turn that loudness down, but also don’t want to silence it completely. Today, just let Rang take care of your skin, while she let’s you take care of your mind. It’s a perfect scenerio!

Everyday Sobriety Advice

I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, but I am not a qualified addiction counselor. To help other alcoholics/addicts achieve sobriety, I have created the mantra’s below. Although I call them “steps,” I believe that all four mantra’s should be recited in concurrence.

When the urge to drink alcohol or use drugs comes upon you, I suggest reciting these four steps, and then implementing an activity to “kill time” until your urge to use drugs/alcohol is less intense. I suggest you use ASMR videos to “kill time”

Below are the steps of admittance required for using The ASMR.Community Sobriety Program [ACSP] successfully.

Step 1: “Sobriety is a choice, and it is up to me to make the right choice.”

Step 2: “Not everybody will be able to achieve sobriety, but that knowledge does not prevent my success regarding sobriety.”

Step 3: “The urge to imbibe (substances that I know will prevent my success) is finite. Sometimes the urge will exist, sometimes the urge will not exist.”

Step 4: “Sobriety is not the same for everyone. Success is.”

I believe the steps I listed above are a complete, non-exclusionary list of all mental admissions needed to achieve your goals regarding sobriety.


Everybody’s definition of sobriety is different, but everybody’s definition of success is the same.
