Today’s ASMR Video Of The Day is something new, but I believe it will become all the rage! for some people. First of all, let me say that I just discovered this artist, and I honestly can’t believe I didn’t know about PierreG ASMR until friggin yesterday.

The above video satisfied me holistically, as it probed into the depths of my curiosity and entrancement.

It is a piece of art! IT IS A PIECE OF HISTORY! It’s almost certainly not the first silent ASMR Video ever made, but it’s the first one I’ve ever seen!

I’m watching it right now, and at 5:27 a strange sound starts, possibly a vacuum cleaner. Then, at 5:47 Pierre’s shoulder pops! It’s crazy loud! It actually makes me wonder what it would sound like if I went in front of a microphone and just…moved my body; I bet there would be lots of popping sounds! My bones…sometimes I feel like none of them are in the right place lol. I’m kidding, but seriously, I have a significant shoulder injury.

Well! That’s all for today’s VOTD! I hope you enjoyed “11 Minutes and 14 Seconds of Silence.”

I love that it’s ASMR you can consume while you read. It’s not distracting, while still creating a notable difference in your relaxation; do you find this also to be true?

I predict soon, many people will be making Silent ASMR. Today, in fact, I will make a silent video inspired by PierreG ASMR. Don’t miss it!

Everyday Sobriety Advice

I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, but I am not a qualified addiction counselor. To help other alcoholics/addicts achieve sobriety, I have created the mantra’s below. Although I call them “steps,” I believe that all four mantra’s should be recited in concurrence.

When the urge to drink alcohol or use drugs comes upon you, I suggest reciting these four steps, and then implementing an activity to “kill time” until your urge to use drugs/alcohol is less intense. I suggest you use ASMR videos to “kill time”

Below are the steps of admittance required for using The ASMR.Community Sobriety Program [ACSP] successfully.

Step 1: “Sobriety is a choice, and it is up to me to make the right choice.”

Step 2: “Not everybody will be able to achieve sobriety, but that knowledge does not prevent my success regarding sobriety.”

Step 3: “The urge to imbibe (substances that I know will prevent my success) is finite. Sometimes the urge will exist, sometimes the urge will not exist.”

Step 4: “Sobriety is not the same for everyone. Success is.”

I believe the steps I listed above are a complete, non-exclusionary list of all mental admissions needed to achieve your goals regarding sobriety.


Everybody’s definition of sobriety is different, but everybody’s definition of success is the same.
