Everybody needs some gas sometimes, and positive affirmations in the form of ASMR are one of the best ways to get gassed up! In a world that is rife with negativity, it’s important to remember that we all have our place, none of us more important than trees, none of us less important than stars. Learning to navigate this life and posses confidence doing so is of the utmost importance. If you observe the world around you, you will see all the wild animals and tamed planets going about their day without much thought of how or why. They just do that ish.
Now, as humans, we are a cut above all the other animals [humans are technically animals, right? We’re not aliens!], and so from time to time we must consider our actions, our purpose, and our repose. Still, it’s important to keep moving. So if you’re overthinking life right now, maybe it’s not that you don’t know how to proceed with life, maybe it’s just that you need some gas.
NeiNei Tingles joined YouTube in 2018, and since she has garnered 4.6 million views. That’s a world changing amount of views! That’s an impactful amount of views. NeiNei is out here changing lives by giving individuals a way of escaping their reality, and entering hers. That’s one of the best parts about ASMR is the shared experience with another individual. ASMR is intimate, but it’s not sexual; I see how some of yall can be confused.
So as you move forward with your week [because technically Sunday is the first day of the week, even though my week really starts on Monday], I want you to run with what you’ve heard today in the form of positive affirmations. Run with it. No overthinking! You’ve got stuff to do this week, I am certain of it. Many people in the world are feeling displaced because of the pandemic, but I’m confident that individuals who proceed with confidence will clasp around celebrations rather than catastrophes. Your time is now, take it lovingly.
Everyday Sobriety Advice
I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, but I am not a qualified addiction counselor. To help other alcoholics/addicts achieve sobriety, I have created the mantra’s below. Although I call them “steps,” I believe that all four mantra’s should be recited in concurrence.
When the urge to drink alcohol or use drugs comes upon you, I suggest reciting these four steps, and then implementing an activity to “kill time” until your urge to use drugs/alcohol is less intense. I suggest you use ASMR videos to “kill time”

Below are the steps of admittance required for using The ASMR.Community Sobriety Program [ACSP] successfully.
Step 1: “Sobriety is a choice, and it is up to me to make the right choice.”
Step 2: “Not everybody will be able to achieve sobriety, but that knowledge does not prevent my success regarding sobriety.”
Step 3: “The urge to imbibe (substances that I know will prevent my success) is finite. Sometimes the urge will exist, sometimes the urge will not exist.”
Step 4: “Sobriety is not the same for everyone. Success is.”
I believe the steps I listed above are a complete, non-exclusionary list of all mental admissions needed to achieve your goals regarding sobriety.
Everybody’s definition of sobriety is different, but everybody’s definition of success is the same.
