If you’ve never watched an ASMR Bakery Video, then today is your lucky day! The mysterious person behind these video, we may never know, but perhaps that makes it even easier to fall asleep while watching. Also, there is no advertising played at the beginning of this video, so…no interruptions!

Personally, I never make it more than 15 minutes into this video without falling asleep. Although the video is three hours long.

April was a good month over here at, but don’t we all hope May can be a little better? Hesitate not to find @asmrdotcommunity on Instagram, and tag us when you listen to an asmrtist [or yourself] that deserves to be mentioned on this blog.

The goal here is to help alcoholics and drugs addicts, but addiction can be crippling, and I could see how someone deep in an addiction might look at these videos as “foolish” or “hopeless.” Personally however, I believe that if you put faith into the unique personal connections that these videos offer, you will soon find yourself with a much more healthy addiction…to asmr. Yes my friend, I’m telling you to trade out the old for the new, and then worry about this new “addiction to ASMR” at a later date. Try watching today’s video in it’s entirety, and do not use any drugs or alcohol while watching the video [or before, ideally]. If you get to the end of the video, and you enjoyed yourself, and you’re feeling strong, I suggest jumping directly into another video, and continuing your streak of watching YouTube without drinking alcohol.

Everyday Sobriety Advice

I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, but I am not a qualified addiction counselor. To help other alcoholics/addicts achieve sobriety, I have created the mantra’s below. Although I call them “steps,” I believe that all four mantra’s should be recited in concurrence.

When the urge to drink alcohol or use drugs comes upon you, I suggest reciting these four steps, and then implementing an activity to “kill time” until your urge to use drugs/alcohol is less intense. I suggest you use ASMR videos to “kill time”

Below are the steps of admittance required for using The ASMR.Community Sobriety Program [ACSP] successfully.

Step 1: “Sobriety is a choice, and it is up to me to make the right choice.”

Step 2: “Not everybody will be able to achieve sobriety, but that knowledge does not prevent my success regarding sobriety.”

Step 3: “The urge to imbibe (substances that I know will prevent my success) is finite. Sometimes the urge will exist, sometimes the urge will not exist.”

Step 4: “Sobriety is not the same for everyone. Success is.”

I believe the steps I listed above are a complete, non-exclusionary list of all mental admissions needed to achieve your goals regarding sobriety.


Everybody’s definition of sobriety is different, but everybody’s definition of success is the same.
