The ASMR Daily 67
You must find love in you heart!
That is the theme of today’s video. How wonderful is that?
Tahteebayy posted her first video 7 years ago, and since she has gone on to receive over 8.4 million views. Like many great asmrtists, she will often incur upon us a several-months long gap between uploads. Not all the time! But in one of her most recent videos, she began by apologizing for her absence.
The words that Tahtee speaks flow naturally, which makes them even more impactful. Today’s Video Of The Day might end up with you hooked on tahtee! Although that is not a bad thing.
One of the consistencies Tahtee maintains within her content, is that she is almost always eating something. Is it Mukbang? Is it ASMR? The answer is, it’s both!
Mukbang has gained enormous popularity in South Korea, but is also popular in China, Japan, Vietnam, and many other Asian counties. Here in America, and in the western world in general, mukbang is less popular. What Tahtee is doing…isn’t exactly Mukbang. For instance, in today’s VOTD, she is eating while she gives us a motivational talk!
Have you ever seen an asmrtist eat, like, 50 pieces of licorice? Now that’s mukbang, at least if you ask me!
Tahtee has been making ASMR videos for over 7 years, and I get the feeling she won’t be stopping anytime soon! For this reason I believe Tahtee is a great choice in Asmrtist when one is looking to pull themselves out of alcoholism or addiction.
I have always thought it advantageous for individuals to build brand loyalty when committing to stopping use of drugs or alcohol, especially when it comes to ASMR. Try out many artists! But never feel like you are missing out when you can’t listen to them all! Because I promise, you are not missing out. Brand loyalty makes your journey more personable, and your story more relatable. You will often hear me say “I used ASMR to stop drinking alcohol,” but that is a broad way of saying what I mean, which is: “Ephemeral Rift and Springbok ASMR helped me stop drinking alcohol.”

Everyday Sobriety Advice
I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, but I am not a qualified addiction counselor. To help other alcoholics/addicts achieve sobriety, I have created the mantra’s below. Although I call them “steps,” I believe that all four mantra’s should be recited in concurrence.
When the urge to drink alcohol or use drugs comes upon you, I suggest reciting these four steps, and then implementing an activity to “kill time” until your urge to use drugs/alcohol is less intense. I suggest you use ASMR videos to “kill time”
Good luck, My Friend
Below are the steps of admittance required for using The ASMR.Community Sobriety Program [ACSP] successfully.
Step 1: “Sobriety is a choice, and it is up to me to make the right choice.”
Step 2: “Not everybody will be able to achieve sobriety, but that knowledge does not prevent my success regarding sobriety.”
Step 3: “The urge to imbibe (substances that I know will prevent my success) is finite. Sometimes the urge will exist, sometimes the urge will not exist.”
Step 4: “Sobriety is not the same for everyone. Success is.”
I believe the steps I listed above are a complete, non-exclusionary list of all mental admissions needed to achieve your goals regarding sobriety.
Everybody’s definition of sobriety is different, but everybody’s definition of success is the same.

Don’t underestimate the power of Yoga! Specifically Yoga With Adriene. My shoulder is broken, and so you can do some Yoga for me too. I really wish I could…
If you are looking or more information about ASMR, I’ve found the best place to learn about the subject is ASMR University. Their information is accurate [to the best of my knowledge], and plentiful. I mostly work with the application of ASMR, but there is a whole lot more to ASMR than using it to gain sobriety or fall asleep, including the history and the science of it.
