The ASMR Daily 75

Tingting ASMR asserts the forces of softness and stillness to provide a full, blossoming effect on thou who intake her presence. Her medical roleplay’s never cease to impress me, and they frequently induce my asmr.

If you need a reel of new content…well, you’re on the right website! But seriously, Tingting always has new, quality content, and she’s been doing it for quite a while now; since April of 2017.

All 282 million of her followers know [myself included]: when we tune in, there is no doubt we’ll be catching some zzz’s.

Day in and day out, I have been thinking of how to better help alcoholics and drug addicts, especially in such a time as this, when the whole world is sitting inside twiddling their thumbs; and plugging bottles with them too! How can I better connect with first: The ASMR Community, because I believe the powerful number of readers interested in ASMR will be what powers the second: connect with Alcoholics and Drug Addicts, as well as those afflicted by the seven deadly sins, and heapfuls of other bad, probably strange habits I cannot think of right now.

ASMR is powerful because it allows you to kill time.

Time can be the best friend,
or the worst enemy of a recovering addict.

Have you heard the phrase “Idol hands are the devils plaything?” My father told me that, in regards to my alcoholism. The idea is simple: You must keep yourself busy, or you will abuse some kind of substance! Do you believe me? It took me a long, long, long time to realize and admit, plain and simple, that I am an addict. My self control is very limited, and I have, as they would say: “an addictive personality.” Which, I’ll tell you, is a phrase I never liked or approved of.

Admitting to myself that I am an alcoholic was easy in comparison to admitting I have an overall problem with self control! Too much alcohol, and sugary treats, and fast food, and nicotine products… and pornography, and cannabis…I binge on all of it!

On July 4th, 2020, I will celebrate two years sober from alcohol. Fu*k Yes! But I still have a lifetime ahead of me. A lifetime of being a leader; a lifetime of being a writer. If you haven’t heard me say this before: It took me a long time to become confident in myself as a leader, but now I see myself in no other light.

With two years of sobriety under my belt, I feel confident in my ability to lead the world away from addiction. ASMR plays a huge role in that, but ASMR is not the only factor at play. As I have been pondering of ways to better help alcoholics and addicts, I have come to realize that I must spend more time on research-heavy articles. With those article I will help to provide science-backed addiction therapy recommendations [because most of what I’ve been doing up to this point is rambling].

Recently, I have been scouring the web to inform myself of the pathway to a certification in addiction counseling. The fact that I have no previous college education would make for an arduous journey, at minimal. The truth is, I just want to do what I am good at, which is: write. As long as I continue to write, I believe the rest will fall in place! To complement this journey, I have created a Patreon [I actually created it awhile ago, but I am going to start publicizing it now].

Today I am going to keep my proposal to a whisper, but as time progresses, and as I have always gone unpaid for my writing, I will not be feeling any shame for your considering me, and the monumental boost a monthly donation could provide for me. Thank you in advance for understanding my situation, and for your palpable gratitude.

To bring it around town: I think it is important for those who are detoxifying, from any situation, to get as much sleep as possible. Sleep is one of the core elements of my program. I believe there is no shame in sleeping off an addiction. If you are making an effort to quit drinking alcohol, or doing drugs, or smoking cigarettes, or even if you want to quit a ritualistic McDonalds relationship, today’s video is a great place to start.

This video is far enough outside of reality to take you on a mental vacation, but it is also rooted in aspects of life you already find comforting, such as: doctor visits [safety] and close, personal attention [love].

Today’s Video Of The Day is also very unique because it has a fun eye test; something that Tingting has been doing for awhile, but I just found out about! I deduce to dub it:

The “E, 3, or W?” Test.

Everyday Sobriety Advice

I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, but I am not a qualified addiction counselor. To help other alcoholics/addicts achieve sobriety, I have created the mantra’s below. Although I call them “steps,” I believe that all four mantra’s should be recited in concurrence.

When the urge to drink alcohol or use drugs comes upon you, I suggest reciting these four steps, and then implementing an activity to “kill time” until your urge to use drugs/alcohol is less intense. I suggest you use ASMR videos to “kill time”

Good luck, My Friend

Below are the steps of admittance required for using The ASMR.Community Sobriety Program [ACSP] successfully.

Step 1: “Sobriety is a choice, and it is up to me to make the right choice.”

Step 2: “Not everybody will be able to achieve sobriety, but that knowledge does not prevent my success regarding sobriety.”

Step 3: “The urge to imbibe (substances that I know will prevent my success) is finite. Sometimes the urge will exist, sometimes the urge will not exist.”

Step 4: “Sobriety is not the same for everyone. Success is.”

I believe the steps I listed above are a complete, non-exclusionary list of all mental admissions needed to achieve your goals regarding sobriety.

Everybody’s definition of sobriety is different, but everybody’s definition of success is the same.

If you are looking or more information about ASMR, I’ve found the best place to learn about the subject is ASMR University. Their information is accurate [to the best of my knowledge], and plentiful. I mostly work with the application of ASMR, but there is a whole lot more to ASMR than using it to gain sobriety or fall asleep, including the history and the science of it.
