The ASMR Daily 90
First, there was George Washington. He was the president of the United States before anyone took us seriously as a country. Boy oh boy, if they could only see in 1775 where we were gonna go [the moon]! Washington was a rebel, and I’m sure the British were ready to pay for his head on a platter.
Mmm, and to know those political tiding still exist. How far we’ve come!
George Washington married a widow, a lady by the name Martha Dandridge in 1759, but prior to their marriage Martha already had a child, John Parke Custis, aka ‘Jacky’ was the adopted son of George Washington. Although Jacky only lived to be 26 years old, he managed to propagate seven children! One of those children was George Washington Parke Custis.
So George Washington, the first president of the United States, did not have any children. However he did legally adopt Jacky, and so GWPC [George Washington Parke Custis] is not related to our first president by blood, but he is related to him as his adopted great grandson.
When he came of legal age to inherit, gwpc inherited fortunes from both his blood relatives and his adopted relatives, but he did not receive Mt Vernon, and the heir of the mansion, Bushrod Washington [George Washington’s nephew] refused to sell him the home…and I think gwpc was living at Mt Vernon at the time.
So like, his Mom died, and then he got kicked out of the house they were living in together. This was in 1802.
Immediately after the death of his mother, gwpc moved across the Potomac river into an 80 year old house his grandfather had left him, and he began to construct a second house on the property. That house is now known as the Arlington House.
In 1804 GWPC married Mary Lee Fitzhugh, and in 1807 they gave birth to daughter Mary Anna Custis, whom in 1831 would marry Robert E Lee, known today because he was the General in Chief of the Confederate Army. Mary and Rob gave birth to 6 of their 7 children at the Arlington House.
When the Civil War broke out in 1861, the Union Army quickly occupied the mansion, and on May 13th, 1864 they decided to turn Robert’s land into a military cemetery. Today that is known as Arlington National Cemetery.
On November 24, 1963, Jacqueline Kennedy lit the eternal flame for her deceased husbands grave site, from which if you are standing, you can see the Arlington House. Johnny had stated several months prior that he found the spot to be a peaceful spot, and I’m under the impression that’s why they buried him there. Jackie insisted upon the eternal flame, and what a strong fit it is for such a progressive president! Have you ever seen the eternal flame? I’ve not; nor any eternal flame, actually.
By now you’re probably wanting me to get on with the chlorophyll.
Eternal ASMR is a totally unique genre, and with modern technology it is easy for an asmrtist overlap the eternal style with the work they are already doing. Let’s hang out with ASMR Alysaa for a little while while she shows us how it’s done.
The above livestream has been running since June 13th of this year, and I seriously wonder for how long it will continue to run! In the description she says: “The 24/7 stream runs on my house computer and it does cost me money to keep the stream up and running. So please consider making a donation to help keep it up and running if you enjoy having it.” She also give you multiple option through which you can support the stream. Unfortunately I am not in the position to support the stream monetarily [it cost’s me money to keep this website up-and-running!], but I am happy to be supporting it by means of this blog!
An ASMR 24/7 livestream is a great place for those suffering from alcoholism and addiction to find individuals to chat with any time of day. It’s easy to find individuals to talk with via the internet in this day and age, but to make sure they are going to be supportive is a little bit more hit-or-miss. When you come to the ASMR Community however, seeking people to talk to as you fight addiction, you will find our Community to welcome you with open arms! Today’s Video Of The Day isn’t a live video as much as it is a live chatroom, where all the individuals watching the video can talk to each other. As long as the video stays live, the chatroom stays open, and you will always know where to find a group of people to chat with!
I would like to see more chatroom’s like this in the future.

Everyday Sobriety Advice
I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, but I am not a qualified addiction counselor. To help other alcoholics/addicts achieve sobriety, I have created the mantra’s below. Although I call them “steps,” I believe that all four mantra’s should be recited in concurrence.
When the urge to drink alcohol or use drugs comes upon you, I suggest reciting these four steps, and then implementing an activity to “kill time” until your urge to use drugs/alcohol is less intense. I suggest you use ASMR videos to “kill time”
Good luck, My Friend
Below are the steps of admittance required for using The ASMR.Community Sobriety Program [ACSP] successfully.
Step 1: “Sobriety is a choice, and it is up to me to make the right choice.”
Step 2: “Not everybody will be able to achieve sobriety, but that knowledge does not prevent my success regarding sobriety.”
Step 3: “The urge to imbibe (substances that I know will prevent my success) is finite. Sometimes the urge will exist, sometimes the urge will not exist.”
Step 4: “Sobriety is not the same for everyone. Success is.”
I believe the steps I listed above are a complete, non-exclusionary list of all mental admissions needed to achieve your goals regarding sobriety.
Everybody’s definition of sobriety is different, but everybody’s definition of success is the same.

Don’t underestimate the power of Yoga! Specifically Yoga With Adriene. My shoulder is broken, and so you can do some Yoga for me too. I really wish I could…
If you are looking or more information about ASMR, I’ve found the best place to learn about the subject is ASMR University. Their information is accurate [to the best of my knowledge], and plentiful. I mostly work with the application of ASMR, but there is a whole lot more to ASMR than using it to gain sobriety or fall asleep, including the history and the science of it.
